入会须具备下列条件：

(一) 拥护本会的章程；

(二) 有加入本会的意愿；

(三) 个人会员为世界各地各界代表人士以及香港同胞、澳门同胞、台湾同胞和海外侨胞中的知名人士；

(四) 团体会员为世界各地，各省、或市联谊会。

入會須具備下列條件：

(一) 擁護本會的章程；

(二) 有加入本會的意願；

(三) 个人會員為世界各地各界代表人士以及香港同胞、澳門同胞、臺灣同胞和海外僑胞中的知名人士；

(四) 團體會員為世界各地，各省、或市聯誼會。

The following requirements must be met for membership:

(1) Support the constitution of the Association;

(b) have the intention to join the Council;

(3) Individual members are representatives from all walks of life around the world, as well as Hong Kong compatriots, Macao compatriots, Taiwan compatriots and well-known overseas Chinese;

(4) Group members are fraternities around the world, provinces, or cities.
